先日、EMSにて商品を送付しましたが、日本側の税関にて危険物とみなされ返送されてしまいました。新品なのでオイルは含まれておらず、発送は出来るはずなのですが、再度、送ってみることは可能ですが、また税関で送り返されてしまう可能性もあります。
注文キャンセルとさせていただくか、もしくは再送するかお選びいただけますか。

I shipped an item on EMS the other day but Japan custom regarded it as a hazardous item and sent it back to me. It’s a brand new item and does not contain oil and should be shipped. I can try to send it again but it can be stopped and returned by the custom again.
