Sorry but we can´t check or see details like this ( as well we can not change any Creditcard Infomation) . But it is not nessary to pay each single order with the same Creditcard , because we will check each Order and Payment by his own .

Repair Issue
Speaking of breakages, we have also received a direct mail from FUKUDA san, regarding this broken piece. Unfortunately the type of lock that he is asking for is not available anymore.
I am attaching a picture of the new piece that we are using now.
Technically the bag is out of our standard warranty, but we can send the spare part to you free of charge and then you must arrange with Fukuda san about a possible repair (we cannot cover the cost of that though).

修理の問題について
故障についてはフクダさんからも直接メールで連絡を受けました。残念ながら、彼の欲しいタイプの鍵はもう入手できなくなっています。

厳密にはバッグは標準保証が受けられませんが、無料でスペアパーツをお送りできますので、フクダさんと修理についてお話しください（修理代金はカバーできませんが）。
