会場はとても良い場所みたいですね。Aから相談がいった編集スタジオの件、動画だとUPLOADするのに時間がかかり、スタジオに移動する時間もかかるので、画質を少し抑えて撮影した映像を、イベント後すぐ担当者のPCに取り込み、ホテルから送ることにしました。ちなみに会場でWIFIを利用できますか？終了後、会場からホテルまでタクシーで戻る予定ですが、配車してもらうことは可能ですか？今回、英文の書面でのやり取りで合意してたので、社の決まりとして書面は1つの言語でしか用意できません。

As it may take time both to upload a movie clip and to visit the studio, I think I had better borrow a PC of the person in charge as soon as the event is finished and send a little downgraded version of the clip from the hotel.
In addition, is WIFI available on the place? And I am planning to go back to my hotel on Taxi after it is finalized; is it possible for you to send me a cab?

The place seems to be good. About the studio that A asked us, we decided to send the movie which is took with the degrated quality to the hotel after the event from the person of charge, because it's going to take times to upload and move to the studio.
