Dear Customer, we checked the Order and the Video Footage when our Stuff packed your Goods
You ordered in this Order, 1.Piece Hoodie Grey Camo and one Piece Grey Black Hoodie.
On the Picture below is just the Black Hoodie Visible, the Other one is either not delivered yet or your Customer did not make a Picture.
As we said we checked the security Footage from the Cameras when the goods where packed, as we knew the Day and time, we can do that with any Order, for future Reverence, and it showed that there was the right goods shipped, can you explain please what you mean?

貴方の注文は Hoodie Grey Camo 1品とGrey Black Hoodie 1品です。

下の写真ではBlack Hoodieのみが拝見されます。他の品は配送されていないのか、
又はお客様が写真を撮影していないようです。

商品の梱包時の映像を確認し、日時も判明出来ました。この対処は今後他の注文
に対しても適用するつもりです。お客様のご所望の品は正しく配送されていた事
が判明しております。お客様のご意向がどのようなものであるのか教えて頂けま
せんでしょうか？
