Dear Customer, we checked the Order and the Video Footage when our Stuff packed your Goods
You ordered in this Order, 1.Piece Hoodie Grey Camo and one Piece Grey Black Hoodie.
On the Picture below is just the Black Hoodie Visible, the Other one is either not delivered yet or your Customer did not make a Picture.
As we said we checked the security Footage from the Cameras when the goods where packed, as we knew the Day and time, we can do that with any Order, for future Reverence, and it showed that there was the right goods shipped, can you explain please what you mean?

お客様、ご注文また弊社のスタッフがお客様のご注文品を梱包しているビデオ映像を確認いたしました。
今回のご注文はグレイカモフラージュパーカー１点とグレイブラックパーカー１点となっております。
下の写真では、ブラックパーカーのみが見えており、もう１点はまだ配送されていないもしくはお客様が写真をお撮りにならなかったのかと存じます。
申し上げましたように、こちらでご注文品が梱包された際の日時が分かりますので、防犯カメラの該当する映像を確認いたしましたところ、ご注文通りのお品が発送されたのは確かでございます。今後のためにですが、これはどの注文でも可能です。お手数ですが、どういう意味かご説明いただけますでしょうか？
