メガネが特徴的な本作の主人公。
入学当初はアニメ好きということからアニメ部を作ろうと上手く行かず。
その過程でロードバイクに出会い自転車競技部に入部を決意する。
スポーツは苦手であったが、小学生の時から毎週自宅から片道45キロの距離にある秋葉原にママチャリで通っていたこともあり、入部後着々と実力をつけていく。
役割はクライマーで、ペダルの回転数で緩急のある登頂を行う。

1st grader in Sohoku High school
The main character in the story - he always wears glasses, which is his unique feature.
When he first enters the school, he tries to organize an ANIME club (since he loves ANIME) but fails.
After that, he encouters a chance to ride a road bike, which finally makes him decide to be a member of BIKE RACING club.
He is not initially good at sports, but he has a good ground in bike riding; every week since he was an elementary schooler, he used to travel back and forth from his home to Akihabara whose distance exceeds 45 kilometers. Thanks to this, he steams along improving himself after he joins the club.
His role is a climber; when he climbs, he optimizes the speed by controlling pedaling torque.

Sophomore year in Souhoku High School
The main character of this story who wears unique eyeglasses.
Initially he tried to form Anime club that he was into, but it didn’t work.
He came across road bike in the process of forming Anime club, then decided to join bicycle racing club.
However he was more likely nonathletic in the begining, he has made great progress after he joined the club. Because he had visited Akihabara where was 45km away from his house every week with his ladies' bicycle ever since he was in elementary school.
He is a climbing specialist, ride especially well on highly inclined roads with high cadence.
また坂を笑顔で坂を登ったり、アニソンを歌いながら走るとスピードが上がるという特徴もある。
初心者ということもあり、作中でも幾度と無く壁にぶつかります。
しかしチームのために最下位からトップグループに追い上げてくる等、目の前の壁を越えてくるので見た目とは裏腹に非常に熱い主人公であります。
巻島祐介

坂道と同じクライマーであり同校の先輩。
玉虫色の髪色と長い手足が特徴。
話下手であるが、非常に面倒見がよく特に坂道からは尊敬されている。
Still, he is just a beginner, and he will run into problems countless times throughout the work.
However, for the sake of the team, he goes from the lowest rank to pushing the top group, and contrary to appearances, he's a very passionate character, always doing his best to overcome the obstacles in his path.

A climber like Sakamichi, he's an upperclassman at the same school.
His special features are his multi-colored hair and his long limbs.
He's not very much of a talker, but he's very good at taking care of others, and Sakamichi respects him a lot.
Being beginner makes him run into a lot of difficulties in this story.
But unlike his looks, He is a very passionate character overcoming all difficulties facing him like he runs from the tail end to top group for the team in a race.

Senior year in Soho High School
He is also a climbing specialist and Sakamichi’s “Senpai”.
His iridescent colored hair and long hands and feet makes him look unique.
poor talker, but he takes good care of others and is well respected especially from Sakamichi.
ピークスパイダーという異名を持ち、彼以外には出来ない乗り方をする。
入部当初は先輩から散々馬鹿にされ乗り方を変えろと言われるが、この乗り方を貫き通し見事先輩を見返す。
現在はエースクライマーとして総北高校を引っ張っている。
箱根学園の東堂尽八とは良き友人であり、ライバルでもあることから同人誌でも彼との絡みが多い。
一見して周りに冷たい態度をとっているようですが、その内側は非常に仲間思いで熱意のある先輩です。
荒北靖友

When he first joined the club, he was often mocked by the upperclassmen for his rising style and told to change it, but he stuck with it and made the others change their minds.
Currently, he's Sohoku High's ace climber.
Hakone Academy's Toudou Jinpachi is a good friend as well as being a rival, and there are many doujinshi featuring him in a variety of pairings.
At first glance he seems cold, but on the inside he's always thinking about his friends and is an upperclassman with passion.

ライバル校である箱根学園 の選手。
非常に悪い目つきが特徴。
役割はエースアシスト
口調は荒々しく性格も攻撃的であり、練習でも手を抜いたりしている。
しかしレースになると神経が研ぎ澄まされ、大胆なコース取りを行い、前方を走る選手を追い抜いていく。
そのことから他のメンバーからも高い実力を評価されている。
中学時代は野球部に所属していたが、怪我のため退部。
その後荒れていたが、福富と出会いロードバイクに乗り新たな道を進む。
このことから他の部員以上に福富の事を尊敬している。
His special characteristic is his evil look.
His role is an ace assist.
His tone is gruff and his personality is aggressive, and he shirks practice.
Still, when it comes down to a race, his reflexes are keen, he takes the boldest courses, and he overcomes the players in front of him.
Because of this, he's highly valued by his teammates.
In middle school, he was a member of the baseball team, he left because of an injury.
He was very unhappy about this, but then he met Fukutomi, starting riding road bikes, and advanced along a new path.
Because of this, he respects Fukutomi more than any of his other teammates.
インターハイ３日目の彼の活躍は非常にカッコいいので、アニメでもそこに注目が集まります。

京都伏見高校1年生
1年生でありながらチームエースを任されており、坂道の友人である今泉の因縁の相手である。
高身長と非常 に長い手足、綺麗な歯並びが特徴なキャラクターである。
勝利しか見ておらず、そのためなら他チームへの妨害、更にはチームメンバーをも平気で犠牲にする

Even though he's just a freshman, he's the team ace and the fated opponent of Sakamichi's friend Imaizumi.
His height and long limbs, as well as his straight teeth, are his special characteristics.
Victory is all he cares about, and to achieve that victory, he'll brook no interference from other teams, and isn't above sacrificing other members of his team.
しかし本人の実力は本物で、スピード、作戦、メンタルの全てを持っており、総北高校を苦しめる存在となった
幼い頃から身体の弱い母親のお見舞いのために長距離をロードバイクで走っていた
しかし母親の死を境に勝利に執着する走りへと変貌していった
人間離れした見た目と清々しいまでの悪人ですが、実力はかなり高く総北を幾度と無く苦しめる存在です
しかしその実力からか非常に人気の強いキャラです
彼のコロコロ変わる表情はアニメでも注目です

He's a cold villain who keeps his distance from other people, but he has a lot of talent, and he causes Sohoku a variety of problems.
However, his talent makes him a very popular character.
His rapidly changing expressions are an attention grabber, even in the anime.
