本品は医療器具ではありません。
ピンホール(小さな孔)から見ると、目の周りの筋肉を使わずに網膜に物を映すことができるため、目の緊張が和らぎます。
パソコン作業などで目の疲れを感じたら、一時間に2～３分本品をかけて見て下さい。
目の緩和ができます。
疲労感が強い時は6つの孔を利用して､下記の体操を行って下さい。

If you see through the pinhole, your eye becomes relax as you see an object reflected on the retina don't use the muscle around your eye.
If you get tired of staring at the computer screen, please peek through it for a few minutes every hour.

If your eyes feel very tired, please use 6 holes and do the following exercise.
