返金の件でメールをいただいてますが、商品代の20％は手数料であり返金できないことはご了解いただいたかと思っておりましたので返品を受け付け、そして80％を返金しました。返品の商品は届きましたが商品は開封したもので若干の汚れがありました。（耳に入れるクッションの部分に汚れがありました）この状態では新品未使用品ではありません。100％返金する場合には未開封で1度も使用していない商品を届いた状態で返品することが条件となります。

I received the mail regarding the refund, However, you understand that 20% of the cost was a handling fee, therefore I will refund 80% with the return of the item. I received the item from you, but the seal had been broken and there were some marks on it (for example, the cushions that go in the ears had dirt on them). In this state, it's not possible for me to sell the item as an unused product. To give a 100% refund, I'd have to get the product back with an unbroken seal, having not been used even once.
