自社で運賃を算出しているものの、手計算では計算ミスが多く、表計算ソフトで対応しても、契約形態変更時の処理に苦慮している。

Delivery cost management (freight cost management) has been dependent on each division's person in charge and all of the freight cost contract situation has not been understood.
Freight cost is calculated by the company, however there are many calculation mistakes due to hand calculation and even though spreadsheet is used, we struggle to process contract form changes.
We want to have a rough idea of freight costs when receiving orders.
By registering the current freight contract situation, it enables other people beside the persons in charge to carry out accurate calculation.
