The reason people think that they want to disappear from a place is almost certainly because that environment does not match them. However, can you not think that the real reason is yourself? Do you think you would want to leave if you were needed by that environment and were a character that could be liked by anyone? I think the character you have in that environment influences everything. For example, somebody who wants to stop working at the company they are employed at. That person quits because he hates the boss, the co-workers and the office. If that person were liked by them, he might not have a reason to quit. In short, would it not be fine if he changed?

The reason people think that they want to get out of that place, is definitely because the environment doesn't fit them and they don't like it. However, is it wrong to think that the real reason is themselves? If you're treated as someone necessary in that environment, and if you're a character liked by everyone, would you want to leave that place? I think I control my whole character in that environment. For example, a person who wants to quit the company they're working for. That person hates the company's seniors or colleagues or environment and so quits it. Maybe if that person was liked by them, there wouldn't be a reason to quit. In other words, would it be better for him to change?
