If you open it and wear it even once, the item will not be counted as brandnew. Return policy on our website states that for full refund, the item must be in brandnew condition. Also expenses such as import tax when receiving returned item, domestic shipping cost in Japan and return fee to the manufacturer will be incurred. Please understand that we cannot bear all these expenses. Even for returning brandnew item, we charge 20% fee, so we will refund $695.20, Also please bear the return shipping cost at your side. If you open the package and wear it even just once, we don't consider it as brand new. Our full refund policy requires that the product have to be in the original selling condition. Also, returning a product takes customs duty for importing, shipping cost within Japan and returning fee to the manufacturer. Please understand that we cannot cover all these fee. We charge 20% even for an unopened product. Therefore we will refund you $695.20. Please note that we do not cover the shipping fee for returns. We hope you will understand the situation.
