商品を受取りましたが、商品ページに記載されていた内容とは明らかに状態が異なります。外箱は傷みがひどく、中身の商品も使用された状態でとても新品とはいえません。また３つほど大きなキズがあります。もしあなたがその証拠を確認したいのなら、私は今すぐあなたに写真をメールで送らせてもらいます。このような商品が届いて本当に残念です。本当は今すぐ返品したいですが、送料をこちらが負担しないといけないので、我慢して使おうと思いますが、せめて値引きしていただけないでしょうか？

I received the product, but it is obviously different from the product detailed on the page. I received the item, but the condition is clearly different to the contents of the description on the item page. The outer casing is badly scratched and the item inside has been used and is in no way an unused item. Also, there are three big scratches. If you would like to proof to confirm this condition then I can send you photos of immediately. It is a shame that an item like this arrived. What I really want to do is return it immediately, but because I would have to pay for the postage, I think I will tolerate this and use the item, but could I at least receive a discount?
