本日入札をしました所、未払いがあり入札ができないと表示がありました。
２件の未払いに関しましては・・
１件目は落札後に追加料金の請求があり商品ページに記載はありませんでした。
取り消しを要求したのですが受け入れてもらえませんでした。
２件目は売り手のペイパル上の制限がかかっており、支払えず売り手が制限解除をして頂けませんでした。
両方とも当方に非はなくebay上でコンタクトを取ってますので確認して頂ければわかると思います。
ebayで購入出来なくなるのは困ります。早急に解除してください。

I tendered a bid today, but the page showed that there is unpaid item and I cannot bid.
About these 2 unpaid items...
For the first one, additional fee was charged after closing the bid, which was not mentioned in the item page.
I cancelled but it was not accepted.
About the second one, seller's paypal limit did not allow me to pay, and the seller did not unlock the limit.
In both cases there is no fault at my side, you can check that I have contacted them on ebay.
I'm worried that I won't be able to purchase through ebay. I hope you can solve this as soon as possible.
