私が以前注文した商品ですが、たった3か月ほど使用しただけで、オルゴールが壊れたようで鳴らなくなってしまいました。
無料の保障期間内だとは思いますが、どのような対応をしていただけますか?
交換でしょうか、それとも修理するためにそちらへ送り返したほうがいいですか?
私は、日本でそれを使用しているため、交換商品を日本へ送ってほしいと思っています。

This is in regard of the item I ordered previously. Only after a 3-month of use, the musical box stopped functioning.
I think it is still under warranty - what solutions can you provide?
Would you replace the item or should I ship it back for a repair?
I'm using it Japan so in case of exchange, please send a new one to my Japan address.
If the musical box is replaceable, you could also send me the part so that I can fix it by myself.
I'll be waiting for your prompt response.

Speaking of the item I ordered before, the musical box stopped making the sound only after I used for three months.

I think it's within the warrenty period, how would you deal with that?
Would you make a trade of it for a new one ? Is it better to send you this to have it fixed?

Since I'm in Japan using it here, I would like you to send a new one to Japan.

If it's possible for me to be able to install the part of making sounds, I will do this. You may as well send the part to me.
