私が以前注文した商品ですが、たった３か月ほど使用しただけで、オルゴールが壊れたようで鳴らなくなってしまいました。
無料の保障期間内だとは思いますが、どのような対応をしていただけますか？
交換でしょうか、それとも修理するためにそちらへ送り返したほうがいいですか？
私は、日本でそれを使用しているため、交換商品を日本へ送ってほしいと思っています。
オルゴールが自分で取り付けられるようなら、新しいオルゴールの部分のみを送っていただいてもかまいません。
至急ご返事お願いします。

This is in regard of the item I ordered previously. Only after a 3-month of use, the musical box stopped functioning.
I think it is still under warranty - what solutions can you provide?
Would you replace the item or should I ship it back for a repair?
I'm using it Japan so in case of exchange, please send a new one to my Japan address.
If the musical box is replaceable, you could also send me the part so that I can fix it by myself.
