クレジット枠ですが今のレートで計算すると足りているはずなのですが今回はなんとかpaypalで対応してもらえないでしょうか？
paypalであればpaypal内にも残高がありますのでクレジット枠で足りない場合も確実に決済できます。

I believe I can use my credit card when I figure current exchange rate, but could you please accept my payment via PayPal?
If I don't have enough credit balance, I can definitely make a payment via PayPal because I have enough balance in my PayPal account.

Based on current exchange rate, it shouldn't go over my credit card limit, but just in case it does, can you make an exception for me and take paypal too so that it could cover the amount that goes over my credit card limit.
