商品が届いてから箱を開けると、購入した商品のガラスパネルがバリバリに割れておりました。セラーへその旨伝えましたところ、写真を送ってくれとのことでしたので、送りました。セラーへの個人メールでやりとりをしておりました。
当方は、ガラスパネルを購入して自分で修理するので、300$の返金を要求しました。セラーはUPSへ話をするとのことでした。その後、昨日UPSがきまして、商品を持っていってしまいました(引き取りに来ました)。UPS追跡番号は**です。以上より、全額返金を要求します。

I received the item and opened the box then I found out the glass panel of it was completely broken. I told the seller about that and he asked me to send a photo and I did. He corresponded me via his personal email address. I asked him for $300 refund to buy a new glass panel for fixing. He told me he would contact UPS. Then UPS came yesterday and picked up the item. The tracking number is **. Hence, I ask for a full refund.

I emailed th photos of the goods, after I contacted the seller for claiming, and they requested the photos. I mailed it to the seller's personal email address.
I requesed thE seller $300 of refund, if I have to buy another panel and fix by myself.
After the seller talked to UPS, the UPS came to pick up the goods yesterday. The tracking no. of UPS is XXX.
Therefore, I would like have my total amount refund.
