商品が到着しましたが、梱包状態が悪く商品に傷がついていました。（添付写真を参照してください）
部品が重なったまま梱包された状態で箱も変形していました。

Hello, My name is Suzuki. I purchased the product that the item number is 26109.
I received the item, however, it has scratch cuased by improper packing (please see the attached image.)
Apparently those parts were packed with being piled up and the box was deformed, too.
Since the product has the scratch, could I get refund of my money?
