２．dll名を動的に決定することができるので、プラグインの仕組みを
もつプログラムが開発できるようになります。
（declare function構文ではdll名は動的に決定できません。）

1. You can call the dll that was created in the cdecl calling convention
2.since it is possible to dynamically determine the name of the dll, the mechanism of the plug in with the program that is developed can be determined also.
