リマインダーを使えば「毎日同じ時間に通知が来るように」といったが設定でき、日記を続ける助けになると思います。
まずはトップ画面の左下の歯車ボタンを押して設定画面を開きます。
リマインダー項目の右端のスイッチをタップしてオンにします。
するとリマインダーの設定画面が開きます。
毎日同じ時間にリマインダーを設定する場合は「繰り返し」をオンにします。
画面下部のピッカービューで時刻を選択します。
「完了」をタップすると、保存されます。
パスコードを設定すればプライバシーを保護することができます。

Now you will see the reminder configuration screen.
Activate the "repeat" if you'd like to set the reminder on the same time, every day.
Choose the date with the downside picker view.
Tapping "complete", then the configuration will be saved.
You can protect your privacy by setting pass code.

If I use a reminder (as if a notice comes everyday, the same time ) I can set it up, I think it will help me continue my diary.

If you set the Reminder it is said that "Everyday Notice will come at the same time" but instead of that continuing diary
is more useful.
