It has been 3 weeks since I had a successful bid on an item, but I have not received the item until today.

1. When I contacted the seller right after the seller informed me that the item had been sent out and asked for its tracking number, the seller told me there wasn't any tracking number as it was sent by normal post.

2. I contacted the seller after 2 weeks from the shipment that I had not received the item, the seller told me to wait for 2 or 3 days more.

3. After 3 weeks from the shipment, I contacted the seller that I had not received the item. The seller replied to me with this rude explanation - "the item, by right, should have been resent. However, there is no stock in hand at the moment, and it will arrive only in November. I will arrange for a full refund".
I am doubtful if the seller actually sent me the item.

Although it has been 3 weeks since I won the bid, I have not received the commodity yet.

①Soon after I received a shipping notice, I contacted the celler about its tracking number, and the answer was no tracking number because of it was shipped by regular mail.

②Two weeks later from the previous contact, I inquired about the shipment which has not completed, and its reply was wait for another a couple of days.

③Three weeks later from the first contact, I asked again about the shipment, it replied impolitely like this "Primarily we should have resend it to you, but we're currently out of stock and it won't be in the stock till November. We're able to refund for you."

I'm wondering whether the seller really sent the commodity.
