As your dolls are extremely great so there is no problem but I would like to ask you about another doll I have. The paint of face of the doll gets wet as time passing. Though I wipe off with sponge, it gets wet after a whlie. Do you know some method not to let it wet? And I would like to purchase dolls again. Thank you for your everytime giving me opportunity to encounter them.

As your dolls are extremely well-made, there is no problem at all. However, I will like to ask you about some other doll that I have. With time, the face of the doll has become really shiny. Even though I've tried wiping it with a sponge, the shine comes back after a while. Do you know a way I can remove this shine? I will want to buy dolls from you again in the future.
