こんにちは。先日購入させて頂いたcanon 1D merk3なのですがレンズを取り付けてもAFが作動しませんでした。専門店にみてもらったら本体の方に異常があると事でした。
発送前からの症状ですか?商品ページには記載されていませんでした。

Hello.
Here is a question about canon 1D merk3 I've bought from you a few days ago.
Its AF function is not working when I attached my lens. Then I brought it to Canon service center and I was told there "There is something wrong with the body you shipped not my lens".
I want to know whether there's been this problem with it before you had shipped it.
No comments was about it on explainaition for this product.
Can I revive the cost of repairing it or replace it?
I hope you reply as soon as possible.

Did the camera have this problem before you sent it? It was not stated on the description of the product.
