明日、通関代行業者にも再度確認してみるつもりです。
日本では、八月の半ばは長期の休みに入る事が普通で、
税関、配送会社が全てストップしていました。
その影響で手続きが遅れています。
また、こちらも船便を扱うのが初めてのこともあり、手間取っています。料金は安いのですが、航空便での注文になる可能性の方が高いです。

People usually take long vacations during mid August in Japan. The customs and delivery companies were out of the office and it caused us delays in our process.
Also, this is our first time to deal with surface mail and it is taking us longer to process than usual. We understand surface mail is cheaper than air mail, but we are most likely to place order via air.

Tomorrow, I will check with the forwarder again.

so every customhouses and shipping companies did not work.
That made the procedure late.
And this is our first time to deal with goods by ship, it also made time.
Although the cost by ship is cheap probably next time we choose by air.
