LINN KLOUTパワーアンプの件です。先日まで出張のため、昨日、本日と届きましたパワーアンプを確認しました。アンプは電源は入るのですが、スピーカーより音が全く出ません。何度試しても同じです。ほかのパワーアンプでは問題なく音が出ます。このアンプは故障しているのではないでしょうか？あと、パワーコードが入っておりません。非常に困っております。使用不可なので、修理をしなければいけないと考えております。修理代分ご返金いただきたい考えです。ご連絡お待ちしております。

I'm writing in regards of the LINN KLOUT power amplifier. I inspected the amplifier yesterday and today as I came back home yesterday. The amplifier turns on, however, speakers don't produce any sound after many attempts. They work fine with other power amplifiers. I'm suspecting that the amplifier might be broken. Also, the package didn't include a power chord. It really bothers me. Since it doesn't work, I'm thinking of sending it to repair. Please refund me partially for repair. I'm waiting for your reply.

Due to being on a business trip until the other day I was only able to check the power amplifier yesterday and today.
Even though the amp has batteries in it absolutely no sound is coming out. Sound is coming out of the other power amps just fine.
Is this power amplifier is broken?
The power cord was not included this really confused me.
The amplifier is unusable so I think I need to get it repaired. Could you refund me the amount it would cost to repair the amplifier.
