また、追加発注ですが、なぜ既に発注した品番を希望サイズだけ発注することができないのでしょうか。
以前購入したメーカーでは、追加発注に関してはメーカー希望サイズでは発注しなくてよいそうです。
なぜメールするかと言うと、靴の関税を還元する割当の量が、限られているので必要以外の数量を発注することができないからです。

We sent an invoice in the early of last month.
However, our customer gave us the inquiry that why the delivery will be 40 days later. Could you let me know the reason for retarded?
And regarding the additional order, why is it impossible to place an order only for desired size of already ordered product number?
The manufacurer we purchased before, they allow us to order not by manufacturer designated size in the case of additional order.
I send this email to you as there is a limitation for amount of returning the duty of shoes, so we cannot place an order over the qty of our need.
