I bought DVDs from you but there is a problem with selling them in Japan because none of these have approval from the original Japanese creators.
Do you have documents proving you have consent from the creators for the sale of these DVDs?
For now, I am requesting a refund through PayPal.
The items I'm asking a refund for are unopened and have not yet been used. So if you don't have the documentation I can have them judged here and send them back to you.
This is a disappointment for me but I'll be waiting to hear back from you soon.
