Apparently you translate better than me. I translate word for word to the original document. Is that way incorrect or does it matter?

Sometimes the wording can be a bit difficult to understand and you have to rearrange it to make sense in a translation. Just like working the other way around, with German to English. Your translation isn't that bad, but it's a bit clipped and unclear. Also the fourth line...you are saying that if they're happy with the items and services, you'll return and refund them. Please be careful with your phrasing!
It was my first translation. I'll get it right next time.
