I requested you to put in some goods together and forward to Japan. And it arrived at Japan yesterday. However, it is stopped in the Japanese custom because of the tracking No. oo in that package.

I requested to enclose several items in the package and transfer those to Japan the other day. The package has reached Japan however, due to item with the tracking №○○; the package is currently stuck at the custom. But as I confirmed with DHL Japan, they told me that the authorization by your company as the sender is needed for processing return. As such, sorry to trouble you but kindly please contact DHL USA to get the authorization for the returning of some items with the tracking number ○○.

However, I checked with DHL in Japan, but they said they need permission of you as a shipper for arrangement of returning. So I know it is huge trouble for you but could you help me by contacting with DHL in US and tell them you accept the part of the goods of tracking No. oo?
