先日、いくつかの商品を同梱して日本への転送を依頼しました。そして昨日、日本に到着しました。しかし同梱した商品の中のトラッキング№○○の商品が原因で、現在日本の税関でストップしています。
今回トラッキング№○○の商品をまとめて77個転送していますが、日本の薬事法ではこの商品を1度にまとめて輸入できる最大個数が24個までと決まっていることを私は知りませんでした。そのため、残りの数量を1度そちらにへ返送する必要があります。

I requested to enclose several items in the package and transfer those to Japan the other day. The package has reached Japan however, due to item with the tracking №○○; the package is currently stuck at the custom. I have requested to transfer 77pcs of the item with the tracking №○○ this time but, according to the Japanese Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, we were only allowed to import 24 pcs at a time which I didn’t know. Therefore, I need to once send back the surplus amount.
