昨日マーチンD35を受取りました。迅速な発送ありがとうございます。商品を検品したのですが、ハードケースを開けると、中からかなり強い異臭がしました。おそらくケースの接着液の臭いだと思うのですが、ギターにもその臭いが付着しています。あとギターのエンドピンが欠品しており、ケースのポケットにもありませんでした。その他の状態は特に問題ありません。商品を売るために臭いだけはなんとか除去したいのですが、何か良い方法をご存知でしょうか？

I received the Martin D35 yesterday. Thank you for the speedy shipping. I inspected the item but when I opened the hard case there was a really terrible smell coming from the inside. It's probably the smell of the glue used to fasten the case but that smell is on the guitar too. Also, the guitar end pin was missing and it wasn't in the case pocket either. Other than that there aren't any particular problems. I just want to get rid of the smell somehow in order to sell it so do you know of a good way of doing that?

We got Martin D35 yesterday. Thank you for your immediate shipment. I have checked the shipment opening the hard case, it had bad smell. I think the reason was the adhesion bond of the case, but the guitar also smells. In addition, I could not find the end pin of the guitar. I was sure it was not in the pocket of the case. These are the only problems. I would like to take the smell away form the guitar to sell, so would you tell me some good ideas?

I received Martin D35 yesterday. Thank you for your prompt shipment. When I opened the guitar case, it had really strong smell which I suspect the smell of contacting liquid. The smell transformed onto the guitar too. Also, you didn't include an end pin in the package and I didn't find it in the pocket of the case either. Other than that, there is no problem so far. I need to get rid of the smell in order to sell the guitar, do you know any way to eliminate the smell?
