前回のメールは、少し文字化けしていたので、よく理解してもらえなかったように思います。
送ってもらった商品は、Bose system（旧モデル）であって、system3 ではありません。バージョンが違います。system3は、ヘッドのところがタッチパネルになっていますが、届いた商品は、そうではありません。どこにもそのような記載もありません。sysytem 3は、最新モデルなので、マーケットでの価格もBose system より高いです。ですので、何らかの対応をお願いします。

The item you sent is not system3 but Bose system which is the previous model. The version of the item is different. Systems3 has the touch panel in its head,but the item you sent does not.There is no description about it. Since system3 is the latest model,its price on the market is higher than the one of Bose system.
Please cope with this matter.

I think you didn't understand my previous email fully since it was a bit garbled. The item you sent me was Bose system (old model) and it wasn't system3. You sent me the wrong version. The head of system3 has a touch panel but the one I received doesn't. There is no indication of touch panel either. Since system3 is the latest model, the market price of it is more expensive than Bose system. Please do something to resolve the issue.
