I am a Japanese user but I have a contract with a forwarding company in the United States.
When the seller cannot send the item directly to Japan, I have this forwarding company send the item.
You can send the item directly to Japan which helps make the shipping fee cheaper.

When a seller can't ship items directly to Japan I have them ship them to this forwarding company.
Since you can ship directly here it helps me a lot because it makes the postage cheaper for me.
