前回○○が○個不足していたので今回の荷物に不足分も入れて下さい。梱包の件ですが丁寧な時もあればとても雑な時もありまして、前回はかなり使用されたダンボールで中の商品はバラバラになっていました。粉が漏れていたり蓋が傷付いていたのが多かったです。いつも1回の購入が多いので大変面倒をお掛けして申し訳ないのですが数量の確認と中でバラつかない程度の梱包をしていただけると助かります。それと、1つのダンボールで送れるのは最高何個位までか教えてください。これからもよろしくお願いいたします。

Sometimes packing condition is good but other times packing condition is not bad.
In the previous order, I found items were scattered in the box due to poor packing.
There were many problem. Some powder were leaked out and the lid was scratched.
It would be difficult for you to handle my order because I always order a lot one time.
But will you confirm quantity and pack item more carefully before shipment?
Also will you let me know how many pieces you can send item in one carton box?
