Klaes氏のサルを用いて行った実験ではrule-selection task と呼ばれる刺激が呈示された後ルールに基づいた方向に手を持っていくReachingタスクをサルに行わせPRRにおけるPotential Actionを表現するニューロン活動を観察した。この実験では最初にspatial cueというリーチ運動のゴールを提示され、その後にRule cueで"D"か"I"が呈示されて、サルはゴールへのリーチ行動を生成する。

In the experiment conducted with a monkey used by Mr. Klaes, after the stimulus called as rule-selection task was exhibited, based on the directions of rule potential action in PRR that carried out the reaching task to monkey, that was presented with a neuronal activity was observed. In this experiment there were presented the goals of the movement to reach a first spatial cue, and after that in the Rule cue "D" or "I" was presented and the action was genrated for the monkey to reach the goal.
