At CVS, they assign the amount of task which is unable to handle as an indivisual. In short, their system was established hard to win only with indivisual skill. Also when it gets closer to the end, the amount of task will be incresed to double. Therefore, we hypothesize that we will not be able to win unless we develop the skill as a team. Then, we have accumlated our experiences as a team and an indivisual by sharing my analysis method which I learnt through my internship as well as giving the pressure by setting up deadline for the task earlier than official deadline. As result, we succeeded to raise the skill as whole team and won the competition.

Making the assignments impossible for a individual to deal with, CVS was designed so that no one could win by him/herself. Also, towards the end, assignment load was doubled, assuming that growth as a team was inevitable to overcome the task. So in order to accumulate experience as team and individual, from the beginning, I shared analytic methods earned form my internship, and placing very early deadlines for the assignments to give pressure. In result, the team gradually raised the whole team's strength, and won the championship.
