帯在日程の件、Ａと相談しました。日程に関しては問題ないのですが、５日のＯＦＦ日の宿泊費に関してはこちらで負担できないのですがそれでも構いませんでしょうか？到着日とイベント当日の宿泊費はこちらが負担します。予算の都合上大変申し訳ないですがご検討ください。また、Ｂという曲の作詞･作曲のクレジットは誰になりますか？取材の際、ＮＧな項目があれば事前に教えて下さい。無事全ての仕事を完璧にこなし、先週無事帰国した。まずはどういう作品を作るべきかＡと直接話をしたいと思ってます。

I discussed with A about your schedule. Everything is fine except the accommodation fee for the 5th, on your off day. We won’t be able to cover that expense but, would it be all right? We will bear the expense for the day of arrival and the day of the event. I’m sorry but please check again since we have a limited budget.
Who are the composer and the lyricist for the song B? Please let me know in advance if there is a touchy subject to be taken into account in case of interviews. I finally reached back home last week after completing all my work. First of all, I am planning to talk directly with A about what kind of piece we should create.

I discussed the schedule for your stay with A. There aren't any issues with the schedule, but we will not be able to cover your lodging expenses for the off day on the 5th. Is this okay with you? We'll pay for your hotel for the day you arrive and during the event. I am extremely sorry that it exceeds our budget, and hope you understand.
