商品を出品しようとすべてのフィギュアを箱から出したところ、そのうちの一体の右足の先が
割れて取れておりました。
気づくのが遅かったのであきらめておりましたが、
とても残念なので一部返金で対応して頂きたく思い連絡しました。
B級品としてでしか販売することができませんので半額返金希望します。

When I opened the all box for exhibit those all the figures, right foot of one of those figures was broken and detached.
As I noticed that so late, I have been given up but I feel very sad and started to think I would like you to refund part of the amount so I contact you.
As I can sell only as a B class item so I hope you to refund half of the price.
If you needed images of that, I would send you if you could let me know your email address.

I received your package the other day and I took them out of box to inspect them before listing them and found that one of four figures had a broken toe in the right foot.
Since it took a long time for me to notice this, I almost gave it up.
But I though I should get a refund even partially.
I can not sell them as B grade item, so I like to have a refund for the half of price.
