オリジナル曲を使うのがベストですが、海外の音楽家の場合放送使用料がかかるため、日本国内で新規に曲を登録するのが絶対条件です。もし新規に曲を作ってpublishing right(彼の場合はＡ社？）を無償で開放できれば作曲をお願いしたいのだが、その確約が事前にとれないと進められない案件な上、時間もあまりない状況です。懸念は当然です。ひとまず、先方には曲が気に入れば検討するという返答でもよいですか？このイベントでブレイクした歌手が多く、なんとか実現させたいので名案あるとありがたい

It would be best to use an original song, but because we have to pay for the broadcast rights for music by overseas artistes, the song definitely has to be registered under the new rules in Japan. If a song can be written and be used freely without having to pay for the publishing right (would that be company A in his case?), we would ask for the song to be written.
