3pcs out of 5pcs that I purchased are damaged seriously.
I cannot believe these are bran-new.
Either you will send me new batteries or refund the money, I will be disappointed.
I am thinking about taking exception.

The packages of 3 batteries out of 5 I purchased were badly damaged.
It is far from brand new.
I would like it replaced or get the refund.
I am thinking of filing against this issue.
Please reply ASAP.

Out of the 5 batteries that I bought, the packaging on 3 of them are badly damaged and they do not look new.
I would like to either get new replacements or a refund for these batteries.
I'm also thinking of raising a dispute.
Please respond as soon as possible.
