This recipient does not accept payments from non-U.S. PayPal accounts.
という表示が出て支払いが出来ません。

クレジットカードで支払おうとしても、
私の持っているカードでは支払いが出来ず
大変困っております。

私は英語があまり得意では無いので、
eBayにこのことを問い合わせることも出来ません。

このままでは支払いが出来ませんので、
他に方法があれば教えて下さい。
