• Người dùng phải tự cập nhật address book thủ công và có thể mất khi thay đổi máy tính cá nhân

Regular monitor andsupport user to take their e-mail or forgotten passwords. The administrators have to manage multiple Active Directory systems at the Site and mail systems operate independently.
Account and email password have to diffirent from with account and password of AD. The user must remember more than one account to easily lost or forgotten passwords.
Information sharing among employees discrete (no shared calendar, does not create rule on the server).
The user must to update address book manually and can lose when changing PCs.
