■自分にとってのGTD
GTDと出会って数年経ちますが、両者違いについて、自分の言葉で説明することがなかなか出来ませんでした。
最近、やっと自分なりに納得の出来る解釈が出来るようになったので、再整理を行う意味で記事にしたいと思います。
最初にGTD前の自分と後の自分で何が変わったかと言うと、仕事中も含め、日常生活上でのストレスが無くなったことだと思います。
簡単にいうならば、何か心の中でモヤモヤするものが殆ど無くなったことが、GTDの最大の効果だった言えるでしょう。

GTD for yourself
Although its from long since I met GTD, the differences between the two, could not easily be explained in their own words.Recently, I am able to do intrepretation whih I am satisfied so, I think I do it with a re-organised sense.
When I think about the change in me before and after GTD then, I think that the stress in evryday life and also at work has been reduced.
To put it in simple words, the dizzy feeling in heart has completely gone, and this is the maximum effect of GTD.

What GTD means to me
