私は2012年１月4日に御社に何も注文していません。
しかし、￥9915を御社からの請求により支払うようにクレジット会社に
請求されています。
今月のクレジット会社からの利用明細を添付致します。
クレジット会社に連絡をして早急に解決してください。

The credit card company's reply was that they were currently processing your company's request. This indicates that your company did indeed make a demand for payment.
I did not make any orders to your company at all on 4th January 2012.
However, your company has demanded from my credit card company 9,915 Japanese yen. I attach a copy of this month's statement as evidence.
Please contact my credit card company immediately and rectify this problem.
