2月10日に日本から商品を注文しました。到着しましたが、ボトルが2つ破損していました。
返品、返金して欲しいのですが、質問があります。

1:この商品は日本へ直接輸送してもらいましたが、日本から御社のアメリカの住所までの
返送費用は負担してもらえますか? 手続き方法を教えて下さい。

2:私は同じ商品を急ぎで欲しいので、再度注文します。

I ordered the item from Japan on Feb 10th. It arrived but two of the bottles were broken. I would like to return the items and ask for the refund, but I have a couple questions.

1: The item was directly shipped to Japan, but could you cover for the shipping fee to return the item from Japan to the US? Please advise how to proceed.

2: I need the same items as soon as possible, so I'll make another order.
I think it will take time to exchange the broken ones with the new one, so could you please start processing the refund once you received the broken ones back?

I placed an order from Japan on February 10. I received the item; however, two bottles were damaged.
I'd like to return the product for a full refund. Below are my questions:

1. You've shipped this item directly to Japan. Could I have you pay for the return shipment from Japan to your address in the US? Please let me know how I should proceed.

2. I need the same item ASAP; therefore, I'm placing the same order. I believe it will take longer if I wait for the refund to place new order. Could you please ship the replacement right away without waiting for the refund to be complete?

2, I order them again because I need the exact same items immediately.

I think you need more time the handling process to change the new items. That is why can you start the refund process after return process is finished?
