英語は喋れないので電話はできません。
クレジットカードは通常の手続きが終わったはずです。
クレジットカードはいつも使えているのでそちらの処理の問題だと思います。
他に方法は無いでしょうか？希望であれば、増額分を振り込むことも出来ます。

いまホームページを確認したところ私が注文した商品が在庫切れの状態になっていましたが、私の商品は当然在庫は確保して頂いているのですよね？
注文が終わっているに在庫を確保出来ていないのは大問題だと思います。

Since this Credit Card has been functional, the I believe the problem is at your end.
Please propose an alternative; if you'd prefer I can pay the increased amount.
Or did you cancel the order without my consent?
Since the item is listed at the website as "out of stock" I assume that my order has been taken into account and secured for.
If not, I believe this is a big issue.

I think the transaction should have been done with my credit card.
I can use my credit card as normal, so I think something was wrong on your side.
