先日クラウンIC150を購入させていただいたものです。機能を確認させていただきましたが、全く音が出ません。セッティングは間違っていません。また”FOR FLAT”のボタンが壊れています。写真にはちゃんとついていました。修理をしますので、金額の半分、ご返金いただけますでしょうか？非常に困っております。

I bought Crown IC150 the other day. I checked the function, and found that it emits no sound. The setting was not wrong. And the "FOR FLAT" button was broken, though in the photo it was in place. I will repair it, so kindly please refund me the half value of my purchase price. I am in serious trouble.
