I have been on the phone with our mail compnay and for some reason they down graded the airmail service to a land mail service. They did not know why this had happened so they could only apologise. These means there will be a delay with delivery as land mail can take minimum of 15 working days to be delivered and your item was shipped to Japan on the 18th of Novemeber meaning your chains should be with you from around this week onwards.
