Thank you for your reply. Isn't it so easy to overeat ice cream because it's way too delicious? I can relate to that. We have delicious ice cream in Japan, too. How can we control our appetite? I don't know. I'm 40 yeas old now and I can't eat as much as I used to when I was younger. There are many different types of diet food to help you loose weight, but you won't know which one is the best for you until you actually try them. I can give you some product information if you are interested. But I believe the best approach is to eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner, and not to eat in between.
