ＮＴＴドコモは、２５日午前から東京都心で発生していた通信障害について、午後１時１０分ごろに回復したと発表した。パケット通信用の設備の故障が原因だという。同社によると、午前８時半ごろに設備が故障して処理能力が低下。都内２３区のうち、千代田、中央、世田谷など１４区で、通話やメールがしにくい状態になった。午前９時過ぎにＪＲ山手線などが一時運転を見合わせたため、通信の利用が増え、さらにつながりにくくなったという。
